All users are expected to follow the official HyForger rules posted in-game, on Discord, or on official HyForger platforms.

Staff decisions regarding moderation, punishments, exploits, balance issues, or community safety are final.

Attempts to bypass punishments, alternate accounts used to evade bans, or knowingly assisting rule breakers may result in additional punishment.

⛏️ GAMEPLAY & ECONOMY

HyForger may contain competitive gameplay systems including island rankings, economies, progression systems, leaderboards, rewards, and limited-time content.

We are not responsible for losses involving:

• In-game items

• Rankings
• Progression
• Inventories
• Accounts
• Storage systems
• Data resets or rollbacks

Balancing changes, patches, economy adjustments, item removals, exploit fixes, and progression resets may occur at any time to maintain the health of the server.

🚫 CHEATING & EXPLOITS

The use of cheats, exploits, macros, unauthorized automation, dupes, modified clients, unfair advantages, or abuse of unintended mechanics is strictly prohibited.

HyForger staff reserve the right to remove items, wipe progress, reset islands, revoke purchases, or permanently ban accounts involved in abuse or exploitation.

Refusal to cooperate during investigations may result in punishment.

💰 PURCHASES & DONATIONS

Purchases made through the HyForger store are voluntary payments supporting the server and community.

All purchases are considered final unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Virtual items, ranks, perks, currencies, cosmetics, and rewards:

• Have no real-world monetary value
• May be modified or removed at any time
• Are non-transferable
• Are not guaranteed permanently

Chargebacks, payment disputes, fraudulent transactions, or unauthorized purchases may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination from all HyForger services.

🔒 ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

Users are responsible for the security of their own accounts and devices.

HyForger is not responsible for compromised accounts, phishing, password sharing, third-party software, or losses resulting from user negligence.
